Here’s how you can ensure you don’t fall back into eating meat, and also ensure you don’t starve looking for sustenance next time you travel:
1: Download the HappyCow.net app. This app is a directory of vegan, vegetarian and other plant based restaurants around the globe.
2: Know before you go. Before you travel, research what food places are around. That way you’ll know if there are vegan restaurants you can go to. Here’s another tip…check for vegan places for every point of your travel whether that be the airport, or while traveling on the road.
3: Try to book close to a grocery store and stay somewhere with a kitchen. Be prepared to prepare your own food. That means staying near a grocery store or farmer’s market so you can buy your food and make it yourself.
