We love attending live yoga classes, but when we can’t make it to a studio, online classes are the next best thing! Check out our favorite online yoga channels below.

Yoga with Adriene

If you are looking for budget-friendly online yoga classes, your best option is Yoga with Adriene. She offers hundreds of free videos on YouTube and regularly adds new content. There are quick 10-minute workouts, yoga for specific ailments and muscles, prenatal classes, and 30-day series. Her videos are best for beginner and intermediate yogis, but she does have some with more advanced poses.

Glo offers over 5,000 on-demand classes, plus the option to join live-streaming sessions. It doesn’t matter how experienced you are; Glo has options for all levels. Class times range from 2-90 minutes. Additionally, Glo offers meditation, general fitness classes, educational videos, and Pilates.

The Underbelly

Jessamyn Stanley, the founder of The Underbelly, created the company with inclusivity in mind. It is a positive platform for anyone interested in yoga. Cosmic Kids

Cosmic Kids is a wonderful streaming site for younger yogis to begin training. Members can access over 400 classes with kid-friendly poses, language, and graphics.
