Niacinamide is an active ingredient in many skincare products suitable for all skin types. In this article, we share with you what niacinamide is, how it works, and some products we love.

What Is Niacinamide?

Niacinamide is a form of vitamin B3 naturally found in foods such as eggs, fish, and green vegetables. It has many health benefits, including helping the natural metabolism of fats and sugars and the maintaining healthy cells. When it comes to skincare, niacinamide can brighten skin, control oil, and soothe inflammation.
