S’mores Seven Layer Bars

Zero fire required, this dessert from A Kitchen Addiction brings toasted marshmallows, melted chocolate, and crunchy graham crackers to the table.
Ingredients:
- 2½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¾ cup butter, melted
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup broken graham cracker pieces
- 2 chocolate bars, broken into pieces
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a 9-by-13-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread the sweetened condensed milk over the top.
- Sprinkle half of the marshmallows, all of the chocolate chips, and all of the graham crackers over the top.
- Bake 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining marshmallows on top.
- Bake another 10-15 minutes or until all marshmallows are browned and golden.
- Remove from the oven and place on cooling rack. Add chocolate pieces on top.
- Allow the bars to cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
S’more Cheesecake

Cheesecake, chocolate, and marshmallows? Holy heaven, how could the combination get any better? This recipe from Taste of Home doesn’t even need a side of ice cream or whipped cream. It’s a 10/10 in itself.
Ingredients:
- 2¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ½ cup melted butter
For the Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs, room temperature, lightly beaten
- 1 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
For the Topping:
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp shortening
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs and sugar. Stir in the butter. Press the mixture onto the bottom and about 1¾ inches up the sides of a greased 10-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs and beat on low until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips and marshmallows and pour over the crust. Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 325° F until the center is almost set, 40-45 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows on top and bake until puffed, 4-6 minutes.
- In the meantime, melt chocolate chips and shortening in a heavy saucepan or microwave. Stir until smooth. Drizzle over marshmallows.
- Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Carefully run a knife around edge of pan to loosen; cool 1 hour. Refrigerate overnight. Remove side of pan. Refrigerate leftovers.
S’mores Fluff

This recipe from Parade is easy to prep and cook – all you need is 15 minutes and the proper ingredients!
Ingredients:
- 3 oz instant chocolate pudding
- 1½ cups milk
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 chocolate candy bar, chopped, plus some for garnish
- 4 graham crackers, chopped, plus some for garnish)
- Chocolate sauce, for drizzling
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk; chill for 5 minutes.
- Fold in Cool Whip until well combined.
- Add chopped chocolate, graham crackers, and marshmallows.
- Chill for 2 hours.
- Drizzle chocolate sauce and garnish.
No Bake S’mores Bars

Sometimes, baking just isn’t on the agenda. That’s why we wanted to incorporate this no-bake s’mores bar recipe, courtesy of Ree Drummond and Food Network. These bars will surely exceed your every expectation.
Ingredients:
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 4 Tbsp salted butter
- 10 oz mini marshmallows
- 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 9 graham crackers, broken
- ¼ cup mini chocolate-coated candies
- 2 Tbsp rainbow sprinkles
Instructions:
- Line a 9-inch square baking pan with waxed paper and spray with cooking spray.
- Place a nonstick pan over low heat and add butter. Once melted, add ⅔ of marshmallows and cook until combined with butter, about 3 minutes.
- Fold in chocolate chips and stir until melted.
- Add salt and half of broken graham crackers and stir until combined (but not broken up too much).
- Tip the mixture into the prepared pan and press down with a wooden spoon.
- Sprinkle over remaining graham crackers and marshmallows and set into the base.
- Add coated candies and sprinkles; press down.
- Allow the mixture to set for about 1 hour before removing from the pan and cutting into bars.
S’mores Galette

Ingredients:
- 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- ½ recipe basic pie dough (or store-bought)
- 2 graham crackers, divided
- ⅔ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 large egg, plus egg wash for the crust
- 6 large marshmallows, halved
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- On a floured surface, roll out pie dough into a 13-inch circle. Transfer to a baking sheet and crumble 1½ graham crackers over the dough, leaving about a 2-inch border. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Whisk together sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Whisk in butter, vanilla, and egg. Spread batter over the dough, leaving that 2-inch border. Fold dough over batter, then brush with egg wash.
- Bake until golden, 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with marshmallows. Bake another 5-10 minutes until the marshmallows are golden.
- Crush remaining graham cracker and sprinkle over top.
