These Beauty Brands Donate to Awesome Causes

Most people wish they could make more of a difference in the world, and who wouldn’t love looking fabulous for a good cause? Many brands have teamed up to donate a percentage of their profits to charity and non-profit organizations to solve some of society’s toughest problems. So here are our top 5 brands that are making a difference!

Fenty beauty’s limited-edition Diamond Ball-Out Highlighter made headlines when all profits went to the Clara Lionel Foundation (CLF).

CLF is known for its groundbreaking support towards education, health, and emergency response programs around the world.

The Lipstick Lobby

In August of 2018, Gloria Steinem partnered up with activist makeup company The Lipstick Lobby to create a clear lip balm rich in vitamin E. The intent? Raising awareness for a female prison program by donating 100% of the profits to the unPrison Project. This group helps incarcerated women build skills to sustain their lives post-prison.

Lipslut

Lipslut is a beauty company founded in 2016 famous for encouraging their customers to vote for a variety of charities. Whatever cause wins gets 50% of the company’s profits.

In June 2018, the brand introduced the “F*ck Trump Lipstick,” which was launched to raise money to support families separated at the border.

MAC

MAC’s Viva Glam has been fighting AIDS for decades. Their AIDS fund has contributed to fighting HIV and AIDS since 1994, with over $400 million donated in total. Its efforts helped many patients across the globe, especially in underprivileged communities.

Clinique

Clinique partnered with the Breast Cancer Organization in 1993. Much like MAC, Clinique managed to help many women with their fights against breast cancer and raised $300,000 by selling pink pins for $10.
