Yeast Infection Diet

Yeast grows naturally all over the body and feeds on sugar. The more sugar you have in your bloodstream, the more there is for yeast to feed on. So when you get a yeast infection, cutting sugary foods out of your diet for a while can help get rid of it faster. Keep in mind, sugar means more than dessert: Eating a lot of fruit, juice or high-carb foods can cause blood sugar spikes, especially in the morning when your blood sugar is low.
