Workaholic Woes

Researchers at Kansas State University found that workaholics skipp more meals and are more likely to self-report depression than people who work less. If you can’t cut back your hours, try incorporating some healthy habits into your workday. For instance, keep healthy snacks on hand and take a break to go for a walk during the day (no, walking to the vending machine doesn’t count).
