You don’t have to cover yourself in whipped cream for food to make you feel sexy. Sixty-five percent of women who participated in a study by the Institute of Sexology in Paris reported an improved sex drive after taking a daily supplement containing muira puama and ginkgo biloba for a month. Whether it’s organic chocolate or simply tea, there are plenty of perks to be found in foods that contain natural aphrodisiacs like panax ginseng or nutmeg.
