Ever Wake Up With A Crick In Your Neck?

If you’ve ever had a crick in your neck, then you know how painful and uncomfortable it is.  The jarring feeling can set the tone for a bad day, if you let it.

The next time you wake up with one, try this….

Take a very warm shower to help loosen up the muscles in that area. Afterwards, relax flat on your back with your knees up and feet flat on the floor. Tuck your chin and turn your head from side to side. Do this a few tines and you’ll notice relief in no time!
