Carve Out A Day For Laziness

Often times we overlook the importance of doing absolutely nothing.

That’s right, nothing.

Spending quality time where you aren’t working, or running errands is important to do for yourself.

Does it have to be all day?

Although all day is ideal, you don’t have do it the whole day. An hour or two will work too.

So this summer, be sure to take a day (or two) where you do as little as possible. Whether that means sleeping in, hanging in a hammock, or taking a really long bath, gift yourself with a day of laziness.
