TurboRoo, named after the animated racing snail from the 2013 movie Turbo, was born without his two front legs. His story got a lot of attention early on, and he even became the first puppy to get 3D-printed wheels. Bunny is a 3-year-old “talking” Sheepadoodle known for her communication skills. Alexis, her owner, works with a complex button system that says a different word or phrase when pressed. Over time, Bunny has learned close to 100 words and strings them together to form simple sentences. Her “brother,” a 1-year-old poodle named Otter, is also learning how to communicate with the buttons.

Venus the Two Face Cat reminds people of the Phantom of the Opera due to her distinct-looking face, which caught the internet’s attention in 2012. Venus’ owners say she owes her look to being a “chimera,” a cat that has cells containing two types of DNA.
