There are days when all you want is a cold, creamy dessert – even in winter! This fruity pineapple-coconut frozen yogurt from Living Well Mom is a refreshing treat that requires just four ingredients: banana, coconut milk, and frozen pineapple chunks. Simply blend the ingredients into a food processor, then serve (or freeze and save for later).

Dairy-Free Sponge Cake

This dairy-free sponge cake recipe from Go Dairy Free is a great option for those who are lactose intolerant. All you need is eggs, cream of tartar, cake flour, and sugar. One 1/12 slice equals only 132 calories. You can garnish with powdered sugar, fresh fruit, and mint on top.

Chocolate Chia Tart With Berries

For our chocolate lovers, we simply couldn’t make a list of low-calorie desserts without including this Chocolate Chia Tart from Taste. This recipe requires a little more work than others on this list, but it is completely worth the effort. You will need reduced-sugar craisins, Freedom Foods Barley+ Pink Lady Apple & Macadamia Toasted Muesli, chia seeds, coconut oil, dark chocolate, coconut yogurt, maple syrup, berries, and edible flowers for garnish.
