The Red Flags That You Need a New Hair Stylist

How do you know when the time has come to move on to a new hairstylist? First, realize that although you may be friendly with your stylist, you don’t have to be best friends. Yours is a business relationship. You need someone who will deliver a style that flattering and current. If no compliments are coming your way about your hair, you’re not getting the service you’re paying for. It’s time to look elsewhere if your style is not wowing anyone.

Second, if you don’t like your stylist personally, you should definitely break up. Getting your hair done should always be a pleasure and should never be uncomfortable.

Style experts offer some red flags that should serve as a warning. Leave if you never get a cut you like. Look elsewhere if you’re bored with the style they give you and they can never come up with new ideas for you. You’ll know it’s time to go when your friends and family keep offering to fix you up with their hair stylist. It’s a nice way of saying they don’t like your look.
